Check-In/Out
Check-In Time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time: 10:00 a.m.
Special arrangements can occasionally be made for early check-in or late check-out. Additional fees may apply.
Promotions
Promotional rates may not be valid on some weekends, holidays, or special events.
Cancelation
Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a charge of the first night’s room and tax fee.
Pets
Polynesian Isles Resort is a pet free resort.
Reservations
Hotel room rates are subject to change and may vary for special events and holidays. Rates are subject to prevailing tax rates at the time of your stay. Quoted rates are based on up to 4 occupants in our one bedrooms, and 8 occupants in our two bedrooms. There is no charge for children under sixteen when staying in the room with parents. Additional adults are $15 per night per person. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking.
Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping service can be provided upon request for an additional fee. Towel exchange can be made at the front desk.
Swimming Pools
The swimming pools are for the use of registered hotel guests. The pools are open year-round from 8 a.m. until midnight. Should guests need extra towels for pool use, they may contact the front desk. There is no lifeguard on duty, so children under the age of 12 must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult. No diving, running, or glass products are allowed in the pools or pool areas at any time.
Smoking
We are a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area will result in a fine. Non-smoking areas include rooms, balconies, our lobby, and office center. We do offer smoking areas for our guests who choose to smoke. Please see the front desk upon check-in to find out where these areas are located.
